Tour Package
Gujarat Darshan Taxi Package
Gujarat Darshan is our broader circuit for visitors who want a wider look at the state rather than a single destination — heritage architecture in Ahmedabad, the sun temple at Modhera, the stepwell at Patan, the Kutch region around Bhuj, and the Statue of Unity at Kevadia. It's a longer trip, and we plan the driving days so no single day feels rushed.
Starting City
Ahmedabad
Suggested Duration
5-6 Days
Destinations
Ahmedabad, Modhera, Patan, Bhuj, Statue of Unity
Itinerary
Suggested day-by-day plan
Day 1
Ahmedabad Heritage
A day around Ahmedabad's old city — Sabarmati Ashram, the stepwells and mosques of the walled city, and Kankaria Lake in the evening if time allows.
Day 2
Modhera and Patan
Drive to Modhera to see the Sun Temple, followed by Patan for the Rani ki Vav stepwell, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Return to Ahmedabad or continue towards Kutch depending on your preferred routing.
Day 3
Ahmedabad to Bhuj
A longer drive day towards Bhuj in the Kutch region, with the evening free to settle in.
Day 4
Bhuj and Kutch Sightseeing
A day exploring Bhuj's palaces and museums, with a visit to the Rann of Kutch if the season and your schedule allow (the White Rann Utsav season is roughly November to February).
Day 5
Bhuj to Kevadia
A long drive day from Bhuj towards Kevadia, home of the Statue of Unity. Given the distance, this is mostly a travel day with an evening arrival.
Day 6
Statue of Unity and Return to Ahmedabad
Morning visit to the Statue of Unity, the Sardar Sarovar Dam viewpoint, and the gardens at Kevadia, followed by the drive back to Ahmedabad to close the trip.

Who It's For
Is this tour right for your group?
- First-time visitors wanting an overview of Gujarat's heritage and landmarks
- Extended family trips with a mix of interests
- Travellers combining architecture, history, and a stop in Kutch
Given the length of this tour, we plan rest days and lighter driving days into the schedule so it doesn't feel like constant travel, particularly if there are children or elderly members in the group.
Travel Tips
Good to know before you go
- The Ahmedabad-to-Bhuj leg is one of the longer driving days on this circuit — we recommend starting early.
- The White Rann is best visited between November and February; outside this window, access and the visual effect are quite different.
- Because this itinerary covers a lot of ground, tell us your specific priorities so we can adjust the day count and routing to fit.
